Well everything seems so dizzy,lazy without our very own ” chai“.Chai is really refershing be it the first thing in the morning or coming back from office (it used to be a lifeline in my engg. examination days).It has a history behind it.It originated in China and spread to Asia and other colonial countries.though i wont go into the history of tea in depth .

Apart from Lipton,We (kashmiris) also drink salty tea called “noon chai “..It’s salty and so yummy with “kulcha”.Sometimes, in kashmir the chai is substituted by the sweet kahwa with dry fruits ….
